Milan Kout is a free-lance artist who focuses his attention on individual, three-dimensional ceramic art that he shows at exhibitions and competes with at international contests.  So far, his showpieces have received 7 major awards at competitions in Germany, Spain, Korea, Japan and New Zealand. His original work was created for competitions and exhibitions and not for retail sales. Thus, his earlier work can only be seen in a few selected Czech and foreign galleries like UMPRUM Prague or Ales South Bohemia Gallery in the town of Bechyne. Milan Kout has been a member of the International Academy of Ceramists (IAC) since 1994. More information on the author’s work can be found here.

Keramik Studio Kout, an enterprise to cater for author’s commercial activities, was founded by Milan Kout in 1976. 

Nelion s.r.o. company was founded in 2001 with the intention to become the trading, distribution and marketing associate of Keramik Studio Kout.
